    I love how clear and easy this first aid book is to navigate! This is essential in an emergency, as your brain under pressure can become scattered and frantic, unable to access prior knowledge accurately of what to do next. Having clear, step by step, colour coded instructions of the essential first steps in an emergency can help to facilitate a calm, methodical response to the situation, and can make all the difference…

    So handy for the outdoors!

    This handbook is exactly what i’m after! After doing my Wilderness first aid with the guys at Survive, I was after a handbook designed by them which would help me in the field to refer back to, and it’s EXACTLY what I was looking for!

    So much great information which is all categorised perfectly, so easy to read and understand and a great purchase if your looking for a book that easy to take into the field and refer back to (especially after doing a course with Survive!)

    Easy to use and great quality

    The book is so easy to use, has easy to follow instructions and even someone with no first aid training could use in an emergency.

    It’s sturdy and well made and has a big magnet so it can be on the fridge, which I thought was a great touch.

    It’s detailed without being overwhelming. Really blown away with the stuff these guys make.
